Establecido en 1991, Blanco y Perezoso sigue a Steve como él intenta recoger el alquiler del mes de su excéntrico compañero de cuarto. Propenso a cantar frente al espejo, fumar hierba, la caza de burritos de desayuno, y despotricar acerca de Ronald Reagan, Steve es, decididamente, no a la tarea. Mientras que la mayoría de reírse de uno mismo, el Blanco y el Perezoso, influye también en la brecha entre la cultura underground y recta de la sociedad, canalizando el Do It Yourself de la mentalidad de entonces-pronto-a-explotar escena punk.
