Betsy Norman es un niño feliz de ayudante en un lujoso hotel español. Shiela, el dueño del hotel, apto para todos los deseos de su clientela con otro negocio lucrativo, el burdel "Río de Amor", donde los clientes de todo el mundo vienen a relajarse con las chicas y ver el sado-masoquista de la muestra. Linda, Betsy, la hermana es drogada y obligada a trabajar como prostituta allí.
