El Concierto en el Central Park es un álbum en vivo por Simon & Garfunkel. El 19 de septiembre de 1981, el folk-rock dúo se reunió para un concierto gratuito en el Césped del Parque Central de Nueva York a la que asistieron más de 500.000 personas. Lanzaron un álbum en vivo desde el concierto en el mes de Marzo siguiente (Warner Brothers LP 2BSK 3654; CD 3654). Fue organizada por Paul Simon y Dave Grusin, y producido por Paul Simon, Art Garfunkel, Phil Ramone y Roy Halee. El concierto también fue filmada en video, televisado por HBO en 1982, y posteriormente puesto en libertad en diferentes formatos de vídeo. El VHS y el DVD contiene dos canciones que se han omitido en el álbum en vivo: "El último Gran Johnny Ace" y "Tarde en la Noche (Reprise)". "Johnny Ace" fue interrumpido por un fan corriendo hacia el escenario que estuvo muy cerca de atacar a Pablo. Este incidente fue tanto aterrador y casual, ya que la canción es una elegía sobre el asesinato de John Lennon solo un año antes.
