El 22 de noviembre de 1981, en medio de su gigantesca gira estadounidense, los Rolling Stones llegaron a Chicago antes de tocar 3 noches en el Rosemont Horizon. Influenciada durante mucho tiempo por el blues de Chicago, la banda visitó el club de Muddy Waters, el Checkerboard Lounge, para ver actuar al legendario bluesman. No pasó mucho tiempo antes de que Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood e Ian Stewart se unieran al escenario y luego Buddy Guy y Lefty Dizz también desempeñaron su papel. Fue una ocasión única que afortunadamente fue captada en cámara. Ahora restaurada a partir del metraje original y con el sonido mezclado y masterizado por Bob Clearmountain, esta increíble noche de blues está disponible en un lanzamiento oficial por primera vez.
