Felix rebolledo is a pimp who owns a cabaret, two bingos and three dating houses. Now he proposes to open a party room, and for this he has - as he has always done - with the support of the Bishop, whom he has bribed with frequent donations. Having the support of the Church it will be much easier to have the approval of the City Council, although, on the other hand, it also has bribes, among others, the mayor and the president of the Council of the Council.
