John Gielgud

John Gielgud

Sir Arthur John Gielgud, OM, CH ( 14 de abril de 1904 – 21 de Mayo de 2000) fue un actor inglés, el director y el productor. Una descendiente de la famosa Terry actuando de la familia, logró principios de reconocimiento internacional por su juventud, seguro emocionalmente expresivos Hamlet, que rompió expedientes de la taquilla en Broadway en el año 1937. Él era conocido por su hermosa hablando de verso y en particular para su cálido y expresivo de la voz, que su colega Sir Alec Guinness asemeja a "una trompeta de plata ahogado en la seda". Gielgud es uno de los pocos artistas que han ganado un Oscar, un Emmy, un Grammy y un Tony.
