Gibson es empobrecidos porque sigue comprando su cleptómano Tío Zeke (Lloyd Corrigan)fuera de problemas, apoya su Ma (Dorothy Vaughan), y el Abuelo ('George Cleveland'). Él quiere casarse con Jean Wallace (Lyn Thomas) , y no sabe que Acuff y sus músicos son viajar de incógnito para el programa de radio de "Quien Soy yo para Ayudar?" Si lo adivina su identidad, él gana $100,000.
