En este pun-título de la historieta (de Brindis de la Ciudad) Casper, el fantasma amistoso, es desterrado de la Ciudad Fantasma/el Cielo/Territorio, debido a que se niega a asustar a la gente viva. Él salva a un bebé de un edificio en llamas y es aclamado como un héroe y es que aparece en un programa de televisión. Sus compañeros de fantasmas de ver el programa y tienen miedo de que va a arruinar el espíritu empresarial, y volar hacia el estudio de televisión. Sin embargo, Casper dice a la audiencia que los fantasmas están ahí para entretener a ellos, y la gente se ríe. El alcalde da a Casper un esqueleto-la llave de la ciudad.
