Cómo una muy respetable Británico, padre de familia, amargamente al sufragio femenino, se convierte, aparentemente, un violento defensor de la causa, las dificultades que esto le pone en que finalmente condujeron a su arresto, su forzosa de rescate por un grupo de sufragistas que creen en él su campeón, el final de su llegada a casa en un desgarrado y condición ruinosa ante sus atónitos esposa y, sobre todo, cómo el fatal "de votos para las mujeres" se enfrenta a él en la final. Todo esto hace que la diversión de rápido y furioso.
